I’m not just a graphic designer. I'm a professional colour-inner who can make words and pictures look pretty. I also love helping people, and it puts a smile on my face to know I contributed to a success.

Originally from Essex, I moved to the North East in 2003 after graduating from Lincoln University with a degree in Media Production.

After realising my passion and skills lay in the design and new media aspects of my degree, I completed an HNC in Graphic Design at Newcastle College.

Since then, I have pursued a successful freelance career, setting up Alison Smith Design in late 2007.
